My new slimming world journey

I re started my Slimming world journey yesterday. I was previously very successful at Slimming World having lost 2 stones and 7lb. I felt much more confident at this point but unfortunately the weight has crept back on a bit and I feel a kick start is needed. I am trying to follow from home this time and I just hope I can stick to it.
Day one was yesterday and I did it – a whole day on plan.
Fingers crossed for day 2. Here goes !!!!

That is why I started to prep my lunches ahead, for a few days at least. I do that usually on Sundays because I have a bit more time.

Healthy, Simple, Clean

If you still don’t know I love oats. Don’t know why but itis so simple to make them really good, they are healthy and I can eat them every day. Once in a while I try to shake up my breakfasts just for the sake of change. Change is good right? But I don’t want to buy those cereals or mueslibecause they are full of added ingredients and sugar that you really don’t need. When that happens I just make a batch of homemade granola and I am good to go. You know exactly what is in it, it is really tasty and you can change it up every time you make it. I am going to share the latest one I did but going to write downsome extra inspirations of what else you can add if you want to change it up a bit. I really love these kind…
